Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year in a customer service role.
• Bi-lingual English-Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, answer phones, return voicemails, and process walk-in inquiries.
• Manage hospital schedule, make and confirm appointments, and place reminder calls.
• Manage lobby wait times and maintain front desk area.
• Process payments and reconcile end-of-day paperwork.
• Maintain patient medical records and DaySmart data entry.
• Coordinate surgery drop-offs/check-ins with medical staff.
• Communicate service costs clearly to clients.
