Guardian Veterinary Specialists in Brewster, NY is seeking a Client Care Advocate for a full-time, on-site role. You will guide clients through emergency and specialty care, coordinating with doctors and support staff to ensure smooth, compassionate service.

• Care Coordination: Coordinate patient updates, treatment plans, admissions, discharges, transfers.
• Client Advocacy: Address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Compassionate Care: Support clients during stressful situations and end-of-life decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Handle challenging interactions following policies.
• Team Collaboration: Ensure information is communicated between clients and medical team.
• Continuous Improvement: Share feedback to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
