Guardian Veterinary Specialists is a 24‑hour veterinary emergency and specialty hospital in Brewster, NY. Guardian Veterinary is looking for Client Care representatives to join a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

The role involves handling client needs, scheduling, records and coordinating with doctors. We offer hands-on training, competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, with hourly pay between $20 and $25.

Responsibilities

• Recognizing and meeting all clients’ needs and delegating callbacks in a timely fashion via in‑person contact, memos and emails.
• Check voicemail, return calls, schedule department consults, rechecks, and any procedures necessary from both client calls and doctor requests.
• Coordinate discharges appropriately and ensure necessary records are attached by the Client Care Representative.
• Communicate with clients regarding any needs from the service including concerns or complaints.
• Facilitate communications between doctors, technicians and clients to ensure updates, medications and follow-ups are completed.
