Shadow Hills Pet Clinic in Sun Valley, CA is hiring a personable Client Service Representative to be the first contact for clients, on the phone or in person. You will manage appointment scheduling, greet clients warmly, process payments, and support the veterinary team to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, excellent customer service, multitasking, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or educational equivalent.
• Experience with veterinary software (EMR) preferred.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone system and route calls.
• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Process payments and manage cash drawer.
• Update client and pet records; obtain records from other clinics.
• Provide administrative support (scanning, faxing, emailing).
• Support veterinarians and staff as needed.
