Animal Emergency & Specialty Center in Parker, CO is seeking a Client Service Representative for day shifts. The role supports front desk operations, assists clients and their pets, and ensures smooth daily flow of a busy emergency and specialty hospital.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of in-person customer service experience.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-line phone systems and route messages to departments.
• Schedule appointments and handle check-ins/check-outs for visits.
• Provide compassionate, professional support to clients during high-stress situations.
• Assist with walk-in euthanasia cases, including discussing cremation options.
• Process payments, deposits, and invoices using various methods.
• Maintain client accounts and records; verify records and reminders are sent.
