Job summary

Dix Hills Animal Hospital, part of the Suveto network, seeks a full-time Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will deliver concierge-level service, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; veterinary experience a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic support to clients in routine and sensitive situations.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn within the Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level client service by scheduling appointments and managing patient flow for multiple doctors, in person and over the phone.
• Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system and triage client inquiries with accurate information.
• Admit patients, maintain accurate medical and client records, and support daily hospital operations.
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and staff to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.
• Build positive client relationships with professionalism and attention to detail.
