Grace Veterinary Clinic in Chatham, IL is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to join our AMAZING team. This full-time role offers 35-40 hours per week, with NO weekends or on-call, and a 7:15a-5:30p schedule.

• Strong communication and superior customer service in a fast-paced clinic.

• Previous veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all areas of the clinic as needed, including maintenance and animal care.
• Direct interaction with clients and their pets via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Ensure accurate medical record documentation.
• Maintain a positive attitude with clients, pets, and teammates.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
