Job summary

Grace Veterinary Clinic in Chatham, IL is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant for a full-time role. The position includes direct client/pet interaction, clinic support, and medical record documentation in a fast-paced small animal practice.

Grace Veterinary Clinic is looking for a veterinary assistant/client service representative to join our AMAZING team!

Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Assist in all areas of the clinic when needed including clinic maintenance, animal care, restraining of cats and dogs, view and assisting medical staff, etc.
• Primary duties will consist of direct interaction with clients and their pets via phone calls, e-mails, text, and in person.
• Responsible for proper medical record documentation.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, pets, and teammates.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
