Thrive Pet Healthcare is hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative at Have A Heart Animal Hospital in Haverhill, MA. This part‑time role requires 20–30 hours per week, with some weekends and holidays. You will communicate with clients by phone, email and in person, enter medical records, schedule appointments and process payments.

You may dispense pharmaceuticals as needed and support general front‑desk duties. Compensation is negotiable, with a starting rate of $20–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Greet clients professionally and manage front-desk duties.
• Maintain accurate client and medical records in the information system.
• Handle payments and scheduling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.
• Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records.
• Processing client payments and invoices.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients.
• Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies.
• Other administrative duties as needed.
