Job summary

Thrive Pet Healthcare's Westside Animal Clinic in Worcester, MA is hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative for a full-time role. You will welcome clients, help with appointments, and support pet families in person, by phone or email.

This position requires 30-40 hours per week, including some weekends and holidays, with benefits and a starting pay range listed as $20–$26 per hour, negotiable based on credentials and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; AAS or higher preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Veterinary hospital experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, crouch, or walk throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person and listen to concerns.
• Enter client/patient information and maintain medical records in the system.
• Process client payments and invoices.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for patients.
• Dispense pharmaceuticals as needed and call in prescriptions to pharmacies.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.
