Job summary

Wignall Animal Hospital in Dracut, MA is seeking a part-time Veterinary Client Service Representative. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, handling scheduling, payments, and medical record updates in a welcoming clinic setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of customer service experience; veterinary hospital exposure is a plus but not required. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

• Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/patient information, update and maintain medical records.
• Processing client payments and invoices.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments with patients.
• Precisely dispensing pharmaceuticals as needed and calling in prescriptions to pharmacies.
• Other administrative duties as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

An upbeat, self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Our team is focused on providing a welcoming and educational environment for clients and pets. This experience starts when the client walks through our door and speaks with our Client Service Representatives. This parttime position would require 20-30 hours per week, including some weekends and Holidays.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with a starting rate ranging from $16-18/hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
