Job summary

The Pet Dentist, part of Animal Outpatient Specialty Network (AOSN), is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role emphasizes friendly, people-oriented service, front desk duties, and strong teamwork within a veterinary specialty practice.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records, with a 5-day work week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Training and growth opportunities are available in a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Must be friendly, outgoing, "people oriented"
• Must be capable of being cross-trained for front office receptionist duties, telephone and computer skills are necessary
• Must be a team player willing to learn new techniques, treatments, and accept change

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent relations with clients / pets in the waiting area and exam rooms
• Exceed the client's expectations of service
• Housekeeping / maintenance
• Record keeping

Education

High school or GED equivalent

Dependable attendance is required

Must be willing to work outside scheduled hours if needed
