Animal Outpatient Specialty Network (AOSN) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Pet Dentist team in the United States. The role is front-desk oriented, focusing on friendly client interactions, appointment scheduling, and basic reception duties within a veterinary facility.

The ideal candidate is energetic, punctual, and willing to learn and adapt to new techniques, while providing excellent service to clients and their pets.

• Experience or training in a veterinary facility required.

Requirements

• Previous experience or training / education in a veterinary facility required
• Experience with ezyVet a plus
• Must be friendly, outgoing, "people oriented"
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be capable of being cross-trained for front office receptionist duties, telephone and computer skills are necessary
• Must be a team player willing to learn new techniques, treatments, and accept change

Duties (including But Not Limited To)

• Demonstrate excellent relations with clients / pets in the waiting area and exam rooms
• Exceed the client’s expectations of service
• Housekeeping / maintenance
• Record keeping

Education

• High school or GED equivalent
• Dependable attendance is required
• Must be willing to work outside scheduled hours if needed
