Job summary

PAZ Veterinary - West in Austin, TX seeks a Veterinary Client Service Representative in a full-time role. Competitive pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour plus benefits, with duties spanning client greeting, appointment scheduling, data entry, and coordination with veterinarians.

This is a fast-paced, compassionate clinic focused on unparalleled client service for all species. Responsibilities include answering phones, processing payments, collecting medical history, and supporting the veterinary team

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients.
• Process invoices payments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history.
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests.
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments.
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian.
• Accurately input data into computer software.
