Job summary

Innovetive Petcare in Austin, TX is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our friendly reception team. This full-time position focuses on delivering warm, professional client care and gathering essential medical history while coordinating with the veterinary staff.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, process invoices, input data, and support doctors during patient visits. Weekend availability may be required; we offer paid time off, health, dental and vision

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Weekend availability as needed.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients
• Process invoices payments
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history
• Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests
• Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments
• Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian
• Accurately input data into computer software
