Job summary

A local veterinary clinic is looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join their team in Austin, Texas. This role is the first point of contact for clients and their pets, focusing on providing excellent customer service in a warm atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting clients, checking in pets, scheduling appointments, and processing payments. The ideal candidate should possess effective communication skills, comfort working with animals, and a detail-oriented mindset. This position offers compensation of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour along with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Effective and empathetic communication with clients.
• Comfortable working with a variety of animals.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Spanish-Speaking and Fear Free certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet owners as they arrive.
• Check in pets for their appointments.
• Collect and confirm pet and owner information.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Process payments.
• Other administrative duties, as assigned.
