Chagrin Animal Clinic in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to enhance client experience and manage front-desk operations. You will handle appointments, records, payments, and daily administrative tasks with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.

The role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and preferred veterinary experience. OSHA PPE practices are expected and a friendly, collaborative team environment is offered.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend work availability as needed.
• OSHA safety techniques and PPE usage.

Responsabilidades

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Manager instructions.
• Maintains clean, welcoming front desk and waiting areas.
• Processes cash, checks, payments and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments per Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Reminds clients of appointments and follows up as needed.
• Backups computer system and posts daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answers calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications, instructions, and take-home items.
• Handles emergencies following clinic policies.
