Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures as instructed by the Practice Manager.
• Maintain clean, presentable front desk and waiting areas.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments; manage credit accounts.
• Schedule clinic appointments adhering to Doctor preferences.
• Update client and patient files; handle client correspondence.
• Send reminders and conduct re-calls as needed.
• Post daily business transactions and backup computer systems.
• Greet clients and patients warmly; ensure excellent visitor experience.
• Answer inbound calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Present medications, instructions, and take-home items to clients.
• Handle emergencies calmly following clinic policies.
