Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide an exceptional client experience at the Dyer County Animal Hospital in Dyersburg, TN. The CSR will handle reception, records, appointment tracking, and cash handling while supporting doctors and staff.

The role emphasizes patient and client satisfaction, accurate medical record management, and proactive outreach to clients to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to support Doctors, teammates, clients and patients.
• Teamwork and collaboration with the practice staff and Doctors.
• Clear communication of instructions to clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain clean, welcoming front desk and waiting areas.
• Process payments and manage customer accounts.
• Schedule appointments and manage clinic workflow.
• Update client/patient files and send client communications.
• Send reminders and follow-up calls to clients.
• Backup daily computer system operations.
• Post daily business activities.
• Greet clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
