Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a veterinary clinic preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience is required.
• Experience with phone etiquette and handling multiple calls.

• Handle phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
