National Veterinary Associates seeks a Veterinary Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of an AAHA accredited hospital. You will coordinate client interactions, schedule appointments, and support front desk operations to ensure pets receive care and owners feel informed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills (phone and in person); bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Manage veterinary software systems to update patient records, process appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients about pet care instructions, vaccination schedules, and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain front desk area by organizing documents and supporting administrative tasks.
• Multitask in a multi-doctor practice and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
