Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Prior customer service experience, ideally in veterinary/healthcare.
• Basic proficiency with technology, scheduling software, and online platforms.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with professional service.
• Schedule appointments per client needs and veterinarian availability; forward booking.
• Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to keep pets on track.
• Re-engage lapsed clients to book appointments.
• Greet clients and ensure a positive visit experience.
• Triage inquiries and direct complex questions to the medical team.
• Maintain empathy and calmness with upset clients; promote services and promotions.
• Update client/patient records in the practice management system; process payments and insurance claims.
