Job summary

Willakenzie Animal Clinic is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to greet clients, answer phones, schedule visits, and handle payments with accuracy. You will communicate clearly with clients, support veterinarians, and help manage front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required and experience in a veterinary setting is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to perform clerical tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Strong empathy and communication skills to assist clients and patients.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette and directs messages to staff.
• Provides exceptional client relations, explains services and policies clearly.
• Schedules appointments and manages reminders in a scheduling program.
• Accurately enters and retrieves records and processes payments.
• Discharges patients and communicates post-visit instructions to clients.
• Handles cash, credit, and related transactions, balancing the cash drawer.
• Maintains front desk and reception area, restocks displays as needed.
• Represents the clinic professionally, staying calm and courteous with clients.
