Job summary

Paw Prints Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, and support patient flow in a busy veterinary setting.

The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including reminders, billing, and basic product guidance. Some standing and heavy lifting may be involved; every other Saturday on rotation; full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and client service excellence.
• English language and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome throughout the visit.
• Handle check-in and check-out using standard forms and processes.
• Schedule appointments and address client questions, including callbacks.
• Assist Hospital Manager and doctors as needed.
• Educate clients on products and services and respond to routine medical care questions.
