Job summary

VCA Westcreek is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to be the friendly face of the practice, greet clients, manage phone calls, schedule visits, and guide pets and their owners to exam rooms. You will present and explain fees, process payments, recommend products and services, and help educate clients on basic pet care.

The role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to maintain accurate medical records and a clean reception area.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service and greeting clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones; guide clients and pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage follow-ups by phone.
• Present and explain fees; process payments.
• Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on general pet care and non-medical topics.
• Maintain medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Keep reception and hospital areas neat and clean.
