Southport Animal Hospital in Southport, NC is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions with accuracy.

You'll maintain medical records, educate clients on preventative care, and collaborate with a compassionate team to provide gold-standard care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and genuine love for animals.
• Strong communication and ability to handle stressful situations with good judgment.

• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
