World of Animals Mayfair is seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to join our veterinary team. You will greet clients, manage the front desk, schedule visits, and support doctors and staff with administrative tasks.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and comfort with basic computer software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the front desk and check patients in/out.
• Explain vaccination protocols and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee clinic flow and daily operations.
• Assist with euthanasia paperwork and aftercare processes.
• Discuss payment options with clients.
• Handle daily administrative tasks (texts, emails, records).
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers for network staff.
• Assist in emergencies by escalating to triage staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

World of Animals, Mayfair, part of theSuvetonetwork of hospitals, is looking for experienced Client Service Representatives Pat-time to join our team.

TheClient Services Representativewill provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients. Support the doctors and support staff. Look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion. Our veterinarians and support teams at World of Animals bring years of experience, skill, and a passion for helping others into their partnership with you and your pet. Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
• Know vaccination protocol and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee the clinic flow.
• Manage and assist client in the euthanasia paperwork and aftercare process.
• Discuss payment choices with clients.
• Assist with daily administrative duties such as responding to client texts and emails, emailing medical records, processing medication requests, distribute daily mail and client/doctor correspondence.
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the network.
• Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in client services.
• At least 1 year working within aVETERINARY FIELDis required.
• Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
