World of Animals Mayfair is seeking a part-time Client Services Representative to join our veterinary team. You will greet clients, manage the front desk, schedule visits, and support doctors and staff with administrative tasks.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and comfort with basic computer software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in client services.
• Minimum 1 year in a veterinary field.
• Computer literacy; ability to navigate new software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the front desk and check patients in/out.
• Explain vaccination protocols and common veterinary terms.
• Oversee clinic flow and daily operations.
• Assist with euthanasia paperwork and aftercare processes.
• Discuss payment options with clients.
• Handle daily administrative tasks (texts, emails, records).
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers for network staff.
• Assist in emergencies by escalating to triage staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
