PetVet Care Centers' Cortaro Farms Pet Hospital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. You will support the hospital with clerical and customer service tasks in a busy clinical setting.

The role emphasizes data entry in Avimark, appointment scheduling, client communication, and knowledge of basic veterinary terminology. Prior clinic experience is preferred and flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a veterinary clinic.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible with scheduling and able to work every other Saturday.
• clerical procedures such as alphabetizing files and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the lobby flow and ease owners' wait times.
• Handle cashiering duties including refunds and credits.
• Answer inquiries about services and species treated.
• Enter data into practice management software (Avimark) and prepare reports.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders with special instructions.
• Respond to client emails and process faxes.
