You will handle patient check-ins, manage scheduling, assist with basic medical emergencies, and operate the practice management system, including billing. The position requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary hospital is required.
• Proficient in clerical procedures and file management.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manage lobby flow and schedule appointments.
• Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners.
• Assist with medication pickups and service inquiries.
• Enter and manage data in practice management software, including billing.
• Support retail sales and maintain records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and end-of-day duties.
