Roo is seeking a Veterinary Account Manager to be the go-to partner for veterinarians, technicians, and assistants, building trusted relationships, preventing churn, and expanding the revenue base.

The role blends relationship management with a data-driven rhythm; you'll use booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to understand each vet's story, identify changes, and guide where your week goes. Occasional in-person vet events and conference presence are part of the role.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary contact for veterinarians, technicians and assistants at Roo, acting as the advocate when decisions affect them.
• Spot risks before they become churn and directly grow the revenue line Roo tracks most.
• Use booking data, engagement signals and CRM insights to understand each vet's story and guide weekly plans.
• Represent Roo in person at vet events, community programming and conferences.
