Job summary

Roo is seeking a Veterinary Account Manager to be the main point of contact for veterinarians within Roo's growing network. You will use data-driven insights to spot risks, advocate for vets, and drive revenue growth while maintaining relationships that keep clinics choosing Roo for relief work and hiring opportunities.

This role focuses on building trust through events and community engagement across the US.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate risks to reduce churn and protect revenue.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with Veterinarians, Technicians, and Assistants.
• Leverage booking data, engagement signals, and CRM insights to understand each vet's story and priorities.
• Represent Roo at vet events, community programs, and conferences to raise brand awareness.
