Job summary

Cencora is seeking a customer-focused role supporting Territory Managers in driving revenue across accounts in our Animal Health segment. The position involves taking sales orders from assigned accounts, answering questions, and initiating proactive outreach to grow sales and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include assisting with product research and ordering for stocked and non-stocked items, delivering outstanding service, attending weekly meetings, processing orders, and monitoring backorders.

Qualifications

• Diploma preferred; 1 year vet clinic experience or 2+ years in animal health call center preferred.
• Knowledge of products and selling; ability to explain and reference resources within the organization.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Manager to develop sales strategies.
• Answer calls to take sales orders and handle customer service issues.
• Proactively contact accounts to grow sales and loyalty.
• Assist with product research and ordering for stocked and non-stocked items.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Attend weekly sales meetings; stay informed on products and industry changes.
• Process orders and monitor backorder status.
• Travel minimal as required.
