McLane is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Veterans & Transitioning Service Members to build a nationwide pipeline for drivers, warehouse, and leadership roles. You will manage SkillBridge and ACSP programs, and partner with base offices to translate MOS experience into McLane career opportunities.

You'll travel 25–50% to military installations and events, developing relationships with TAP offices and transition programs to ensure strong candidate flow and timely hires across

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in logistics or driver roles.
• Familiarity with DoD SkillBridge, ACSP, Troops Into Transportation, and Hiring Our Heroes.
• Ability to translate military MOS into civilian job requirements.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a military recruitment strategy across installations and regions.
• Serve as McLane's primary contact for SkillBridge, ACSP, and related programs.
• Build training and internship agreements with priority installations.
• Source CDL-A transitioning service members and related MOS experiences.
• Represent McLane at hiring events and military spouse programs.
• Maintain on-base relationships to stay visible throughout the transition timeline.
• Proactively source pipelines via base events, social media, and partner orgs.
