McLane in Colton, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, attract, and engage top candidates who will support our nationwide distribution network.

You will develop recruitment strategies, source via partners, schools, social media and job boards, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure OFCCP/EEOC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of high‑volume recruiting in warehouse/logistics.
• Preferred: Experience recruiting distribution center teammates and CDL‑A drivers; HRIS/ATS and Workday familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for your assigned area.
• Source and maintain applicant pipelines via partners, schools, networking, and job boards.
• Coordinate recruiting marketing with hiring leaders and marketing teams.
• Use recruiting tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Manage requisition creation and hiring in the ATS.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC.
• Network to build candidate flow for current and future needs.
• Source, prescreen, and assess candidates through résumé reviews and interviews.
• Communicate the company's value proposition, job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities to candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess candidate fit for behavioral and technical competencies.
• Keep hiring managers updated on candidate status, hiring progress, timelines, and challenges.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics weekly.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on recruiting best practices and industry trends.
