Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Military/Veteran Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and drive military and veteran hiring initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and external military-affiliated organizations to translate military skills into civilian roles and build scalable programs that enhance our veteran talent pipeline.

This role focuses on developing pipelines, designing events, and ensuring compliance with veteran hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years recruiting experience.
• Military recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Certification in military recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage business leaders to forecast current and future talent needs.
• Lead intake discussions with HR and hiring managers.
• Manage requisitions in ATS ensuring compliance.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
• Market opportunities through multiple channels.
• Build relationships with candidates throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Build proactive pipelines of talent.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
