Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines through networking and social media.
• Knowledge of hiring-related legislation (Title VII, PDA, ADEA, ADA, GINA, IRCA, FCRA, OFCCP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for talent needs.
• Source and maintain applicant pipelines using various channels.
• Manage requisition creation and hiring in the applicant tracking system.
• Assess candidates through résumé reviews and interviews.
• Communicate the company's value proposition to candidates.
• Track and report recruitment metrics weekly.
