Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates for our warehouse and distribution teams.

You will develop recruiting strategies, build pipelines, and coordinate with hiring managers to assess fit and capabilities, while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in high-volume recruitment, with knowledge of OFCCP and related employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting in warehouse/logistics settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines via direct sourcing and networking.
• Knowledge of hiring-related legislation (Title VII, PDA, ADEA, ADA, GINA, IRCA, FCRA, OFCCP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet talent needs in your assigned area.
• Source and maintain applicant pipelines using community partners, schools, networking, job boards, and social media.
• Coordinate recruiting marketing efforts with hiring leaders and marketing teams.
• Use recruiting tools and technology to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Manage requisition creation and hiring in the applicant tracking system with hiring manager input.
• Keep hiring managers updated on candidate status, timelines, and challenges.
