Job summary

Delaware County Community College (DCCC) is seeking an Assistant Veteran Services Coordinator to support the Veteran Services Coordinator as a Secondary School Certifying Official. The role focuses on processing VA education benefits, certifying enrollments with the VA, and aiding veteran programming across DCCC’s campuses.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience; high school diploma or equivalent, and an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Prior experience with veteran education benefits preferred.
• Background clearances per state/federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process VA education benefit enrollments and certifications each term.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VA programs, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in compliance checks and audits for VA education benefits.
