Qualifications

• Experience with budget management and housing assistance or veterans programs.

Responsibilities

• Trains, supports, and coaches staff using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach.
• Provides program oversight, budget management, and quality assurance; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Monitors service quality, tracks program performance and outcomes, and reports to leadership.
• Develops partnerships with outside agencies to support client success and coordinates crisis response as needed.
