Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; relevant experience a plus.
• 1–3 years in workforce development, social services, or related field.
• Experience with veterans or homelessness contexts is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce/Teams/SharePoint helps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, eligibility screening, and job readiness assessments.
• Develop individualized plans to help veterans become job-ready.
• Oversee barrier removal and coordinate housing, healthcare, and other supports.
• Meet participants in person or via phone/video to track progress toward goals.
• Work with job developers to place veterans with employer partners.
• Maintain case notes, logs, and weekly reports in a timely manner.
• Meet enrollment and job placement targets on a regular basis.
• Engage service providers and build referrals for America Works.
• Model professionalism and foster a safe, inclusive environment.
