Job summary

The Resource Center, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Specialist for the Fox Veterans program to develop, coordinate, and implement outreach and education activities.

You will increase awareness of veteran suicide prevention resources and serve as a liaison among veterans, families, providers, and community partners. The role includes coordinating TRC’s presence at community events, ensuring materials are current, and promoting the program through social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in outreach, communications, or public relations.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate community outreach events.
• Represent Fox Veterans program at events and speaking engagements.
• Ensure availability and update of brochures, banners, and materials.
• Post event content to social media and promote TRC and Fox services.
• Maintain positive relationships with media and partner organizations.
• Support planning and execution of media campaigns to educate the public.
