Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Delivers basic services (shelter, food, hygiene products, etc.) to veterans at the U.S.VETS housing facility.
• Facilitates communication between clinical staff, program staff, and clients to maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Organizes daily client services and support activities, including moving in/out, meals, and scheduling groups/classes.
• Handles client mail and assists with room-related needs to maximize quality of living.
• Prevents and de-escalates conflicts; submits incident reports to supervisors.
• Maintains safety procedures, conducts bed checks/room inspections, and assists with site upkeep and readiness for inspections.
