Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field required.
• 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Experience with homeless and/or veterans preferred.
• Strong oral, written and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough housing assessments and track progress.
• Maintain participant confidentiality at all times.
• Obtain mandatory housing documentation for case files.
• Coordinate care with SSVF case managers, VA personnel and others.
• Develop collaborations with landlords and property managers.
• Transport clients to resources in the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
