Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks a Housing Coordinator to implement the SSVF program, focusing on rapid re-housing and Housing First approaches. You will manage outreach to landlords and housing partners, coordinate financial assistance, and provide case management to veterans to support long-term housing stability.

The role includes some direct service and mobile advocacy, with a focus on collaboration and safeguarding the well-being of our veteran clients.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years health care related work experience preferred.
• Equivalency of education and experience accepted.
• Arizona Driver's License is required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card, site specific.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the SSVF program implementation.
• Provide case management for rapid re-housing and housing stability.
• Engage with landlords, community and housing partners for collaboration.
• Coordinate financial assistance with landlords and veterans.
• Provide some direct service and mobile advocacy.
