Job summary

World Resources Institute is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support Veterans facing homelessness through housing stabilization and comprehensive case management. You will coordinate intake, assist with VA enrollment, and connect clients to essential services to improve housing stability.

Under supervision, you will maintain HMIS records, develop action plans, and collaborate with landlords and partners to promote safe, affordable housing for Veterans and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake and eligibility for new clients.
• Provide outreach to homeless Veterans.
• Maintain a caseload and deliver housing and vocational case management.
• Develop budgets and service plans with Veterans.
