• Mediate, advocate, and connect veterans to healthcare navigation, legal, employment, financial, and other services as needed.
• Identify and connect veterans to community resources for overall well-being and emergency housing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all resources provided and ensure confidentiality of client files.
• Collaborate with BakerRipley’s Veteran Services team and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
