Qualifications

• Proficient with optical equipment and tools listed above.
• Requires a current, valid REAL ID to work with VCS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate optical operations and serve as liaison between VCS, eye clinic providers and prosthetics teams.
• Support optical shop operations at VA Medical Center locations in Monterey, San Jose, and Livermore.
• Identify prescription discrepancies and take corrective actions to ensure patient satisfaction.
