Job summary

US-Department-of-Veterans-Affair's Veterans Canteen Service seeks an experienced Health Tech (Optician) to support Optical Shops at VA Medical locations in Lake Baldwin, Lake Nona, and Daytona, FL. You will coordinate optical operations and serve as a liaison between VCS, eye clinic providers and prosthetics teams.

A minimum of one year as an Optician is required. You will interpret prescriptions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate fittings and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience working as an Optician.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high patient service standards.
• Interpret prescriptions and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
