Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Case Manager/Outreach & Intake Specialist to support Veterans in the Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program (HVRP) in Las Vegas, NV. The role includes outreach, intake, eligibility, and comprehensive case management to help participants achieve stable employment and housing.

You will coordinate with employers, housing resources, and VA benefits, while documenting progress in Salesforce and related systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience in case management, workforce development, or veteran services is desirable.
Experience working with Veterans and homelessness programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct community outreach and represent HVRP at events to recruit participants.
Screen eligibility, enroll participants, and maintain files per requirements.
Perform comprehensive assessments of barriers and goals with participants.
Provide ongoing case management and monitor progress toward employment and housing stability.
Assist with employment services, including resume prep, job search, and referrals.
